摘要
细胞焦亡(pyroptosis)是一种与炎性反应伴随的程序性细胞死亡方式,作为机体天然免疫的一部分,通过经典、非经典信号传导途径,激活半胱天冬氨酸蛋白水解酶(Caspase-1或Caspase-4/5/11),切割消皮素D,引起细胞破裂,有效清除外来病原体的入侵及内在损伤因子的损害;但同时由于焦亡可以诱发级联扩大的炎性反应,导致机体部分正常组织器官受损,从而引起机体部分的功能障碍。此文主要对细胞焦亡的特征、信号转导、参与蛋白以及细胞焦亡参与介导部分呼吸系统感染性疾病发生发展的研究进展进行概述。
Cell pyroptosis is a kind of programmed cell death mode associated with the inflammatory response.As a part of the body’s natural immunity,through classical and non-classical signal transduction pathways,cysteine aspartate proteinase(Caspase-1 or Caspase-4/5/11)is activated,GSDMD is cut,causing cell rupture,effectively removing the invasion of external pathogens and damage of internal damage factors.However,because it induces a cascade of enlarged inflammatory response,which can also damage part of the normal tissues and organs of the body,causing partial dysfunction of the body.This article will review the characteristics,signal transduction,and participating proteins of cell pyroptosis as well as the research progress about cell pyroptosis participating in the development of some respiratory infectious diseases.
