程序化护理对冠心病患者介入术后生活质量及心脏功能的影响

Effects of programmed nursing on the life quality and cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease after interventional surgery

目的探讨程序化护理对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)患者介入术后生活质量及心脏功能的影响。方法心血管内科2019年1月至2020年6月收治的冠心病患者中,选取235例符合研究条件的为对象,患者均接受介入术治疗,将2019年1~9月未开展程序化护理前的117例患者纳入对照组,行常规护理;2019年10月开展程序化护理,将2019年10月至2020年6月开展后的118例患者纳入研究组。评估与比较2组患者干预前、干预后希望水平、生活质量以及心脏功能变化情况。结果干预后研究组希望水平(HHI)评分高于对照组,生活质量量表(SF-36)各维度评分高于对照组,同时6 min步行距离长于对照组、左心室射血分数(LVEF)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论程序化护理在冠心病患者介入术干预中,能够提高患者希望水平、改善患者生活质量,同时促进心脏功能水平提升,护理价值显著。

Objective To investigate the effects of programmed nursing on the life quality and cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after interventional surgery.Methods A total of 235 patients with CHD who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were treated by interventional surgery,of whom,the 117 patients who were treated by conventional nursing from January 2019 to September 2019 were enrolled as control group,and the other 118 patients who were treated by programmed nursing from October 2019 to June 2020 were enrolled as research group.The changes of hope level,life quality and cardiac function before and after intervention were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the HHI scores,SF-36 scores,6min walking distance and the levels of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of programmed nursing in the interventional surgery for the patients with CHD can improve the hope level and life quality as well as the cardiac function of patients,it is of important significance in clinical practice.
