摘要
目的探讨盆底磁刺激、电刺激联合盆底肌筋膜手法治疗女性盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)患者的临床疗效。方法选取449例PFD患者,按照抽签法分为对照组(224例)与试验组(225例)。试验组接受盆底磁刺激、电刺激联合盆底肌筋膜手法治疗,对照组接受盆底磁刺激、电刺激治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果试验组总有效率为94.67%,明显高于对照组的66.52%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组症状初次缓解、盆底表面肌电值恢复、症状完全缓解治疗次数均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆底磁、电刺激联合肌筋膜手法治疗PFD疗效确切,可缩短患者症状缓解及盆底表面肌电值恢复时间,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of pelvic floor magnetic stimulation,electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor myofascial manipulation in the treatment of female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction disease(PFD).Methods 449 patients with PFD were selected and divided into control group(224 cases)and experimental group(225 cases)according to the lottery method.The experimental group received pelvic floor magnetic stimulation,electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle fascia manipulation treatment,the control group received pelvic floor magnetic stimulation,electrical stimulation treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.67%,which was significantly higher than 66.52%of the control group,and the diff erence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment times of initial symptom relief,pelvic floor surface electromyogram recovery and complete symptom relief in the experimental group were less than those in the control group,and the diff erences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor magnetic and electrical stimulation combined with myofascial manipulation is effective in the treatment of PFD,which can shorten the time of symptom relief and pelvic floor surface electromyography recovery,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
