乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗外阴阴道念珠菌病的临床疗效

Efficacy of Lactobacillus viable capsule combined with nifurtel nystatin vaginal soft capsule in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis

目的探讨乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗外阴阴道念珠菌病的临床疗效。方法选取400例外阴阴道念珠菌病患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各200例。对照组采用单一硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗。对比两组临床疗效、念珠菌阳性率、乳酸杆菌阳性率及症状消失时间。结果研究组治疗总有效率为92.50%,明显高于对照组的79.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组念珠菌阳性率8.50%低于对照组19.50%,乳酸杆菌阳性率94.50%高于对照组84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组白带异常消失时间、瘙痒消失时间及白带检查转阴时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗外阴阴道念珠菌病效果显著,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Lactobacillus viable capsule combined with nifurtel nystatin vaginal soft capsule in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods 400 patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 200 cases in each group.The control group was treated with single nifurtel nystatin vaginal soft capsule,and the study group was treated with Lactobacillus viable Capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,Candida positive rate,Lactobacillus positive rate and symptom disappearance time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.50%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The positive rate of Candida in the study group was 8.50%lower than 19.50%in the control group,and the positive rate of Lactobacillus was 94.50%higher than 84.00%in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The disappearance time of abnormal leucorrhea,pruritus and negative leucorrhea examination in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lactobacillus viable capsule combined with nifurtel nystatin vaginal soft capsule is effective in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
