摘要
目的探讨肿瘤标志物糖类抗原(CA125)、糖类抗原(CA15-3)、癌胚抗原(CEA)及肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)联合检测在卵巢癌诊断中的应用价值。方法选取80例行肿瘤标志物联合检测患者,根据疾病类型将其分为肺癌组(20例)、卵巢癌组(24例)、乳腺癌组(15例)及健康体检组(21例)。比较四项指标检测结果及联合检测结果阳性率。结果肺癌组、卵巢癌组及乳腺癌组四项指标均明显高于临界值水平,且卵巢癌组CA125、CEA及TSGF指标均显著高于健康体检组、肺癌组、卵巢癌组及乳腺癌组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肺癌组联合检测率为85%,卵巢癌组为92%,乳腺癌组为87%,健康体检组为14%。其中卵巢癌组的阳性检出率较高。结论肿瘤标志物联合检测方式有效性较高,能够较快在患者早期做出判断,对患者疾病尽早发现及治疗具有极高的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the value of combined detection of tumor markers carbohydrate antigen(CA125),carbohydrate antigen(CA15-3),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and tumor specific growth factor(TSGF)in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.Methods 80 patients who underwent combined detection of tumor markers were selected and divided into lung cancer group(20 cases),ovarian cancer group(24 cases),breast cancer group(15 cases)and healthy physical examination group(21 cases)according to disease type.The results of the four indexes and the positive rate of the combined results were compared.Results The four indexes in lung cancer group,ovarian cancer group and breast cancer group were significantly higher than the critical level,and the CA125,CEA and TSGF indexes in ovarian cancer group were significantly higher than those in healthy physical examination group,lung cancer group,ovarian cancer group and breast cancer group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The combined detection rate was 85%in lung cancer group,92%in ovarian cancer group,87%in breast cancer group and 14%in healthy physical examination group.The positive detection rate of ovarian cancer group was higher.Conclusion The combined detection method of tumor markers has high effectiveness and can make a judgment quickly in the early stage of patients,which has high clinical value for the early detection and treatment of patients'diseases.
