临沂动植物园珍稀野生动物弓形虫感染的血清学调查

Serological Investigation of Toxoplasma gondii Infection in Rare Wild Animals in Linyi Zoological and Botanical Garden

摘要 临沂动植物园内野生动物流产现象频发,弓形虫病是引起多种动物流产的主要原因之一。为掌握该园内多种珍稀野生动物弓形虫感染现状,本调查采用改良凝集试验(MAT)检测了181只珍稀野生动物和41只流浪猫的弓形虫IgG抗体水平。结果显示,珍稀野生动物的弓形虫IgG抗体阳性率为38.12%,流浪猫阳性率为21.95%;野生动物弓形虫IgG抗体阳性率受动物种属、馆舍开放程度、食性以及季节等因素影响显著(P<0.05);野生动物弓形虫IgG抗体阳性率与同区域内流浪猫弓形虫IgG抗体阳性率成正比(R 2=0.978,P<0.001)。结果提示需对园区内野生动物弓形虫病的诊治工作进一步提升关注度。 Abortion in wild animals occurs frequently in Linyi Zoological and Botanical Garden,and toxoplasmosis is considered as one of the main causes.This investigation utilized the modified agglutination test(MAT)to detect anti-Toxoplasma gondii IgG antibodies in 181 rare wild animals and 41 stray cats.The results showed that the positive rate of anti-T.gondii IgG antibodies in rare wild animals was 38.12%and that in stray cats was 21.95%.T.gondii IgG positive rate in wild animals was significantly affected by factors such as animal species,openness of premises,feeding habits and seasons(P<0.05).T.gondii IgG positive rate in wild animals was proportional to that in stray cats in the same area(R 2=0.978,P<0.001).The common occurrence of T.gondii infection in Linyi Zoological and Botanical Garden clearly calls for additional attention to its diagnosis and management.
