在线用户社区主办企业支持行为对社区成员知识贡献的影响研究

摘要 在线用户社区的持续发展取决于社区成员积极的知识贡献,探讨社区成员知识贡献的影响机制有重要意义。文章从社区主办企业角度,探索主办企业支持行为对社区成员知识贡献的影响,构建了相应理论模型,并利用小米社区等用户社区调查数据进行实证检验。结果显示组织线下活动、增加成员嵌入、提供奖励、内容贡献等社区主办企业支持行为,通过影响社区承诺、社区认同和自我效能等社区成员的态度变量,对社区成员知识贡献行为产生影响。
