自体高密度脂肪移植在眶周年轻化治疗中的应用

Application of autogenous high density fat transplantation in the treatment of orbital anniversary lightening

目的探究自体高密度脂肪移植在眶周年轻化治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2020年6月至2021年9月期间我院收治的有眶周年轻化治疗需求28例患者,均采用自体高密度脂肪移植治疗,比较治疗前后泪沟畸形、黑眼圈改善以及并发症发生情况、患者满意度。结果矫治后3个月,28例患者的泪沟畸形TTRS分值显著低于治疗前,黑眼圈L*值明显高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在并发症方面,有1例患者术后出现脂肪结节,并发症发生率3.57%(1/28)。28例患者对治疗效果非常满意15例,基本满意12例,总满意度96.43%(27/28)。结论自体高密度脂肪移植纠正眶周年轻化效果良好,能够有效改善眶周老化症状,患者满意度高,且并发症较少,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of autologous high-density fat transplantation in the treatment of orbital anniversary lightening.Methods From June 2020 to September 2021,28 cases of patients with orbital annual lightening treatment needs admitted to our hospital were selected for the study.All patients were treated with autologous high density fat transplantation.The lacrimal groove deformity,the improvement of dark circles,the occurrence of complications and the satisfaction of patients were compared before and after treatment.Results Three months after treatment,the TTRS score of lacrimal groove deformity in 28 patients was significantly lower than before treatment,and the L*value of black circles was significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05).One patient developed fatty nodules after operation,and the complication rate was 3.57%(1/28).Among the 28 patients,15 cases were very satisfied with the treatment effect,12 cases were basically satisfied,and the total satisfaction was 96.43%(27/28).Conclusion Autologous highdensity fat transplantation has a good effect in correcting orbital aging.It can effectively improve periorbital aging symptoms,with high patient satisfaction and fewer complications.It is worth popularizing and applying.
