微针射频联合LED红蓝光治疗囊肿型痤疮的临床疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨微针射频(高频电灼仪,Pure模块)联合LED红蓝光治疗囊肿型痤疮的临床疗效。方法采用观察对照的研究设计,选取来我院就诊的的囊肿型痤疮患者各32例,观察组予针清排脓,微针射频(高频电灼仪,Pure模块)治疗,红蓝光照射一周一次,对照组予针清排脓、红蓝光照射一周一次。分别于0周、1周、2周、4周随访,并记录皮肤皮损状况及预后随访。结果观察组较对照组囊肿结节更快消退,针清后更不会引起炎症,且治疗后较对照组更不易产生疤痕痘坑,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者无不良反应。结论高频电灼仪联合LED红蓝光治疗囊肿结节型痤疮疗效显著,安全性高,预后良好,且便捷好操作,值得临床广泛推广。 Objectivs To explore the clinical effect of microneedle radio frequency(high-frequency electrocautery,pure module)combined with LED red and blue light in the treatment of cystic acne.Methods 32 patients with cystic acne were enrolled in the cosmetic department of Quanzhou skin disease prevention and treatment hospital with an observation and control study design,the observation group was treated with needle to clear pus,microneedle radio frequency(high frequency electrocautery,pure module)treatment,red and blue light is irradiated once a week,the control group was treated with needle cleaning and purulent discharge and red and blue light irradiation once a week.The patients were followed up at 0,1,2 and 4 weeks,and the skin lesions and prognosis were recorded,Result Cysts and nodules in the observation group subsided faster than those in the control group,and inflammation was less likely to occur after acupuncture,and scars and pits were less likely to occur after treatment than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion High frequency electrocautery combined with LED red and blue light in the treatment of cystic nodular acne has significant effect,high safety,good prognosis,and convenient operation,which is worthy of extensive clinical promotion.
