1565nm非剥脱点阵激光对于痤疮炎症后红斑合并凹陷性瘢痕疗效观察

Clinical observation of 1565nm non-exfoliative lattice laser on erythema with depressed scar after acne inflammation

目的观察并评估1565nm非剥脱点阵激光对于痤疮炎症后红斑合并凹陷性瘢痕的疗效及安全性。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月至我院皮肤科就诊的痤疮炎症后红斑合并凹陷性瘢痕患者40例,予以1565nm非剥脱点阵激光治疗,共治疗3次,每次治疗间隔4周,治疗前后分析图像统计患者炎症后红斑及凹陷性瘢痕有效率,记录患者不良反应。结果40例患者经1565nm非剥脱点阵激光治疗后炎症后红斑有效率为92.5%,凹陷性瘢痕有效率为67.5%,满意率为97.5%,治疗后出现一过性红斑,风团及水肿,一般24至48小时可消退。结论1565nm非剥脱点阵激光治疗痤疮炎症后红斑合并凹陷性瘢痕安全有效,满意率高。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of 1565nm non-exfoliative lattice laser for erythema with depressed scar after acne inflammation.Methods 40 cases patients with erythema after inflammation of acne and depressed scar were selected from January 2021 to January 2022.They were treated with 1565nm non-exfoliative lattice laser for 3 times with an interval of 4 weeks.The effective rate of erythema and depressed scar after inflammation was analyzed before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions were recorded.Results After 1565nm non-exfoliative lattice laser treatment,the effective rate of inflammatory erythema was 92.5%,the effective rate of depressed scar was 67.5%,and the satisfactory rate was 97.5%.Transient erythema,wind mass,and edema appear after treatment and generally resolve within 24 to 48 hours.Conclusion 1565nm non-exfoliative lattice laser is safe and effective in the treatment of erythema with depressed scar after acne inflammation,with high satisfaction rate.
