Q开关激光R20法祛除不良文饰2例

Observation of effect of Q-switched laser with R20 method removing 2 bad ornaments

本研究报道2位女性患者,年龄分别为45岁和44岁,双侧眉部红色文饰20余年。2位患者20余年前双侧眉部皮肤行黑色文饰,随时间颜色转为红色。查体可见双侧眉部皮肤红色文饰,呈条索型,眉毛分布正常。2位患者左右两侧眉部文饰分别给予调Q激光单次治疗和R20法(在一次激光治疗中,文身区域反复暴露于激光,进行多次激光照射,每次照射间隔时间为20 min)3次治疗。治疗后6个月复诊,单次激光治疗侧,红色文饰变为黑色,R20法侧红色文饰明显变浅,均未见明显并发症。

Two female patients,45 years and 44 years old,had red ornaments on both eyebrows for more than 20 years.20 years ago,the two patients had their eyebrow skin decorated with black ornaments,and the color changed to red over time.On physical examination,we can see red ornaments on their both eyebrows,strip shaped,and eyebrow hair is normal.Two patients were treated with Q-switched laser on one pass in left eyebrow,and R20 method(tattoo area was repeatedly exposed to laser during one treatment,and the interval was 20 min)for three passes in right eyebrow.Six months laser,the red ornaments in left side turned black,and in right side turned lighter.No obvious complications were found.
