755 nm皮秒激光联合微针治疗雀斑伴黄褐斑的Canfield VISIA系统色斑残留评分影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探析755 nm皮秒激光联合微针治疗雀斑伴黄褐斑的临床疗效,及对症状消退时间的影响。方法以我院开展755 nm皮秒激光联合微针治疗的时间(2021年1月)为截点,2020年1月至2020年12月收治的62例雀斑伴黄褐斑患者为对照组(采用微针治疗),2021年1月至2021年12月收治的62例雀斑伴黄褐斑患者为观察组(采用755 nm皮秒激光联合微针治疗)。比较两组治疗前后的黄褐斑面积及严重程度(MASI)评分、治疗后的Canfield VISIA系统色斑残留评分、症状消退时间(色斑消退时间、黄褐斑消退时间)、不良反应及临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后的MASI评分、色斑残留评分均低于对照组,所需色斑消退时间、黄褐斑消退时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率与对照组相比无明显差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论755 nm皮秒激光联合微针治疗在雀斑伴黄褐斑中能达较理想的治疗效果,能促进色斑、黄褐斑的消退,且安全度高、耐受良好,值得在临床中推广应用。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of 755 nm picosecond laser combined with tranexamic acid in treating freckles with chloasma,and its effect on the regression time of symptoms.Methods At the time of 755 nm picosecond laser combined with tranexamine acid(January 2021),62 patients admitted from January 2020 to December 2020 were the control group(treated with tranexamic acid),and 62 patients admitted from January 2021 to December 2021 were the observation group(755 nm picosecond laser combined with tranexamic acid).Chasma area and severity(MASI)score before and after treatment,Canfield VISIA system plaque residual score,symptom regression time(time to macular regression,time to melasma regression),adverse effects and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The MASI score and the residual score of the control group were all lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse effects in the observed group was not significantly different compared with the control group,and the difference was not significantly significant(P>0.05).The total response rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 755 nm picosecond laser combined with tranexamic acid treatment can achieve an ideal therapeutic effect in freckles with chloasma,can promote plaque and macular regression,and it is worth applying in clinical practice.
