逍遥散联合纳晶微针导入氨甲环酸治疗肝郁气滞型黄褐斑的疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析逍遥散联合纳晶微针导入氨甲环酸治疗肝郁气滞型黄褐斑的疗效和安全性。方法将82名女性患者随机分成试验组(逍遥散联合纳晶微针导入氨甲环酸治疗),对照组(纳晶微针导入氨甲环酸治疗),每组41人,逍遥散1天1剂,1剂3服,开水冲服,纳晶微针导入氨甲环酸2周/次,治疗6个月后评价临床和中医症候疗效。结果试验组总有效率显著高于对照组(92.68%vs73.17%,P<0.05)。试验组MASI评分降低、中医证候疗效分数降低均高于对照组。结论逍遥散联合纳晶微针导入氨甲环酸治疗肝郁气滞型黄褐斑比单一纳晶微针治疗疗效佳,且中医症状明显改善,安全性高。 Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of Xiaoyao powder combined with nanocrystalline injection of tranexamic acid in the treatment of liver stagnation and Qi stagnation type melasma.Methods To 82 female patients were randomly divided into experimental group(xiaoyao powder,crystal micro needle import tranexamic acid treatment)and control group(nano crystal micro needle import tranexamic acid treatment),each group of 41 people,xiaoyao powder 1 day 1 agent,agent 13,water a blunt,nano crystal micro needle import tranexamic acid/2 weeks,6 months after treatment evaluation of TCM symptoms and clinical curative effect.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(92.68%vs 73.17%,P<0.05).The reduction of MASI score and TCM syndrome curative effect score in experimental group were higher than those in control group.Conclusion Xiaoyao powder combined with nanocrystalline injection of tranexamic acid in the treatment of liver stagnation and Qi stagnation type chloasma has better curative effect than nanocrystalline injection alone,and the TCM symptoms are significantly improved,with high safety.
