煤化工企业仓储管理的现状与对策

Present Situation and Countermeasures of Storage Management in Coal Chemical Enterprises

煤炭是中国重要能源之一,在中国经济发展中起到不可替代的作用。在化工类企业的管理中,仓储的管理是重中之重,各个管理部门对化工类企业的仓储管理重视程度逐渐提高。文章主要针对煤化工企业仓储的管理现状进行分析,并针对在管理中出现的问题提出相关建议,在仓储库存的维护和保养、物资的采购下发及服务等方面进行整修,提升煤化工企业仓储的管理现状,进一步促进中国煤化工企业的发展。

Coal is one of the important energy sources in China and plays an irreplaceable role in China’s economic development.In the management of chemical enterprises,storage management is the top priority,and each management department has gradually increased its emphasis on the storage management of chemical enterprises.This article mainly analyzes the current situation of the storage management of coal chemical enterprises,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the problems arising in the management,and carries out renovation in the maintenance and repair of storage inventory,procurement and distribution of materials and services,so as to improve the current situation of the storage management of coal chemical enterprises and further promote the development of China’s coal chemical enterprises.
