某油田群生产工艺管线腐蚀原因及防护措施

摘要 某油田群生产工艺管线内外腐蚀情况突出,具有CO_(2)含量高、流体温度高、设施设备老化等特点。为总结现场腐蚀防护的成功经验和存在的不足,进一步提升腐蚀管理水平,文章展开了对某油田群生产工艺管线腐蚀原因分析及防护措施研究,以便及时对该类管线腐蚀原因和机理、腐蚀失效模式进行分析和诊断,逐渐摸索出采用内涂层、增加壁厚以及降低流速等多种减缓腐蚀的控制措施,已成功在现场应用。 The internal and external corrosion of production process pipelines in an oilf ield group is prominent,which has the characteristics of high CO_(2) content,high fluid temperature and aging of facilities and equipment.In order to summarize the successful experience and existing shortcomings of on-site corrosion protection and further improve the level of corrosion management,this paper carried out the analysis of corrosion causes and protection measures of production process pipelines of an oilfield group,so as to timely analyze and diagnose the corrosion causes,mechanisms and corrosion failure modes of this kind of pipelines.Various control measures to reduce corrosion,such as inner coating,increasing wall thickness and reducing flow rate,have been gradually explored and successfully applied in the field.
