在现代化进程日益加速的背景下,中国石化集团公司为生存与发展,不断在公司内对管理模式积极地进行变革与创新。目前,在全球范围内的项目模式中,EPC总承包管理模式已经是比较完善的一个模式,在石化项目中也获得了应用。因此文章根据EPC模式的概念,着重剖析了EPC总承包管理模式的主要特点,并通过在地石化项目中的实际,着力研究了对其加以优化的措施。

Under the background of the accelerating modernization process,SINOPEC continues to actively change and innovate the management mode in order to survive and develop.At present,in the global project model,EPC general contract management model has been a relatively perfect model,and has also been applied in petrochemical projects.Therefore,according to the concept of EPC mode,the paper focuses on analyzing the main characteristics of EPC general contracting management mode,and focuses on the measures to optimize it through the reality in the petrochemical project.
