摘要 危险废物已成为世界性范围的突出公害,积极开发新技术、新工艺、新设备,开展对危险废物的集中管理和综合处置,减少和消除污染危害已是当务之急。中化环境科技工程有限公司投资建设运营多个危险废物综合处置项目,其中危险废物焚烧系统又是核心主装置,耗能多,处置成本高,运营中尤其要求做到精细管理,通过加强运营管理外,积极采用新工艺、新设备、新材料、新技术等不同手段降低成本,运营做到安、稳、长、满、优奠定基础。文章简述一套2.4万吨/年灰渣式回转窑焚烧炉在衬里改造、节能降耗方面采取的措施。 Hazardous wastes have become prominent public hazards in the world.It is imperative to actively develop new technologies,new processes and new equipment,carry out centralized management and comprehensive disposal of hazardous wastes,and reduce and eliminate pollution hazards.Sinochem Environmental Technology Engineering Co.,Ltd.has invested in the construction and operation of a number of comprehensive hazardous waste disposal projects,of which the hazardous waste incineration system is the core main device,which consumes a lot of energy and has a high disposal cost.In addition to strengthening the operation management,we also actively adopt new processes,new equipment,new materials,new technologies and other different means to reduce costs and lay a foundation for safe,stable,long-term,full and excellent operation.The following is a brief description of the measures taken by one set of 24000 t/a ash slag rotary kiln incinerator in terms of lining transformation,energy saving and consumption reduction.
