降低连续重整装置能耗的探讨

摘要 随着社会经济不断发展,国家对汽油质量要求逐渐提高,生产高辛烷值的连续重整工艺在炼油行业占据极其重要的地位。但由于连续重整装置存在很多方面的问题,给企业带来巨大的能源消耗,这与炼油企业原本所提倡的可持续发展理念背道而驰。当系统内部无法及时消化热量时,在热量回收的过程中就会出现很严重的问题。为了妥善解决这一问题,需要加强系统的稳定性,通过合理的方式分类进行回收利用。因此,炼油企业应提高对降低连续重整装置能耗的重视程度,控制企业运行成本,确保炼油企业实现平稳发展要求。文章通过总结国内一些降低连续重整装置能耗的经验,提出有效的解决措施,经过工作人员大量实践后确定四项技术优化措施,并投入到实际工作中,目前已取得不错成效。 With the continuous development of social economy,the national’s requirements for gasoline quality are gradually improving.The continuous reforming process for producing high octane number plays an extremely important position in the oil refining industry.However,due to the problems in many aspects of the continuous reforming unit,it brings huge energy consumption to the enterprise,which runs counter to the sustainable development concept originally advocated by the oil refining enterprise.When the heat cannot be digested in the system in a timely manner,serious problems will occur in the process of heat recovery.In order to properly solve this problem,it is necessary to strengthen the stability of the system and recycle it in a reasonable way.Therefore,the oil refining enterprises should pay more attention to reducing the energy consumption of the continuous reforming unit,control the operating cost of the enterprise,and ensure the smooth development of the oil refining enterprises.This paper summarizes some domestic experiences in reducing energy consumption of continuous reforming unit to put forward effective solutions.After a lot of practice by staff,four technical optimization measures have been determined and put into practical work.At present,good results have been achieved.
