摘要
3_(上)煤层南二采区3_(上)215工作面为孤岛型工作面,3_(上)215运输巷为弱冲环境、沿空掘进,围岩压力有所显现,巷道受矿压及采动影响,整个巷道的煤岩层稳定性较差,后期受采动影响,采空区侧的巷帮出现严重收敛及底鼓量现象。结合现场实际情况,对其进行破坏状况分析,提出了注浆加固支护技术,实际效果检验后,注浆加固支护技术比传统加强支护方式更为经济、可靠,支护效果较好。
Working face 3^(上)215 in the second mining area in the south of coal seam 3_(上) is an island type working face.3^(上)215 transport lane is in a weak flushing environment,along the empty tunneling.The surrounding rock pressure appears.The roadway is affected by the mine pressure and mining.Due to the influence of mine pressure and mining,the whole roadway coal layer stability is poor.In the later stage,because of the influence of mining,the goaf side of the lane appears serious convergence and drum phenomenon.Based on the actual situation of the site,the damage situation is analyzed,the grouting reinforcement support technology is proposed.After the actual effect is tested,the grouting reinforcement support technology is more economical and reliable than the traditional strengthening support method,and the support effect is better.
