摘要
文章以全面提升化工企业火灾事故调查质量为核心目的,阐述了某具体的化工企业火灾调查案件的各项细节。并且通过火灾目标提取以及火灾范围识别,从监控视频角度定位相关细节,配合口述调查以及证据搜集打造完善的化工火灾调查证据链,并且制定科学的火灾防控方案,全面提升视频分析技术的应用价值以及应用合理性。
With the core purpose of comprehensively improving the quality of fire accident investigation in chemical enterprise,this paper expounds the details of a specific fire investigation case in a chemical enterprise.And locates the relevant details from the perspective of monitoring video through the fire target extraction and fire range identification,cooperates with oral investigation and evidence collection to create a perfect chemical fire investigation evidence chain,and formulates a scientific fire prevention and control program,comprehensively enhances the application value and rationality of video analysis technology.
