摘要
天然气是目前应用广泛的一种高效清洁能源,城镇燃气管网在为人们生产生活带来便利的同时,时常出现管线泄漏问题,带来了一定的安全隐患,严重时还会引发火灾甚至爆炸事故,造成较大经济损失和人员伤亡。如何快速定位管道漏点是一项重要且困难的工作。文章针对燃气泄漏过程,结合天然气成藏机理,研究漏气过程中燃气的扩散方式,以及如何从漏点运移至检测目标层。结合生产实例,分析在覆盖均匀土层、不均匀土层及复杂管网影响下的燃气泄漏,总结快速定位漏点的三种方法。
Natural gas is a kind of highly efficient and clean energy,which is widely used at present.While the city gas pipeline network brings convenience to people’s production and life,pipeline leakage often occurs,which brings certain hidden danger to safety,when it is serious,it will lead to fire or even explosion accident,which will cause great economic loss and human casualty.How to quickly locate the pipeline leakage point is an important and difficult task.In this paper,according to the gas leakage process and the gas accumulation mechanism,the diffusion mode of the gas in the gas leakage process and how to move from the leakage point to the detection target layer are studied.Combined with practical production,this paper analyzes the gas leakage under the influence of uniform soil layer,uneven soil layer and complex pipe network,and sums up three methods of fast locating the leakage point.
