摘要
焦炭在高炉冶炼中起着热源、还原剂和料柱“骨架”三大作用。随着炼铁技术的不断发展,焦炭在炼铁中的“骨架”作用变得更加突出,焦炭质量对炼铁质量的影响也日益显著。焦炭质量主要受炼焦煤性质和炼焦工艺的制约。文章主要阐述了三维激光扫描技术在炭化室炉墙平整度检测中的运用。
Coke plays three major roles in blast furnace smelting:heat source,reducing agent and material column“skeleton”.With the continuous development of iron making technology,the“skeleton”role of coke in iron making has become more prominent.The influence of coke quality on iron making quality is increasingly significant.Coke quality is mainly restricted by coking coal properties and coking technology.This paper mainly expounds the application of three-dimensional laser scanning technology in the flatness detection of furnace wall in carbonization chamber.
