推进都江堰灌区标准化规范化管理的思考

推进都江堰灌区标准化规范化管理对提升灌区管理水平、保障工程安全运行和效益持续发挥、服务乡村振兴战略和经济社会发展具有重要意义。文章概述了都江堰灌区基本情况,分析了都江堰灌区推进标准化规范化管理创建必要性和可行性,梳理查找了标准化规范化创建工作中存在的问题,针对问题明确了标准化规范化管理创建的思路、工作目标、协同推进举措、重点任务及保障机制,提出了相应的对策建议,可为其他灌区标准化规范化管理提供参考。

The standardized management of Dujiangyan irrigation district is of great significance to improving the management of irrigation districts,ensuring the safe operation and development of projects,and serving the rural revitalization strategy and economic and social development.This paper summarizes the basic situation of Dujiangyan irrigation district,and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of promoting its standardized management.Then it identifies the problems existing in the standardized managementand puts forwardwork ideas,objectives,coordinated promotion measures,key tasks and guarantee mechanisms,with the aim of providing references for the standardized management of other irrigation districts.
