推动小水电绿色转型发展的四条路径

Four paths for promoting the green transformation of small hydropower

小水电是我国重要的民生水利基础设施和清洁可再生能源。新发展阶段,水利高质量发展对小水电绿色转型提出了新的要求。文章通过梳理小水电绿色发展的制约因素,提出了推动小水电绿色转型发展的四条路径,以期为加快实现“碳达峰、碳中和”目标和巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接提供支撑。

Small hydropower is an important livelihood water conservancy infrastructure and clean and renewable energy in China.In the new development stage,the high-quality development of water conservancy has proposed new requirements for the green transformation of small hydropower.Through analyzing the constraints of green development of small hydropower,this paper puts forward four paths for promoting the green transformation of small hydropower,in order to accelerate the realization of carbon peak and carbon neutral goals and consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
