河道砂坑整治必要性及方案研究

非法采砂严重威胁防洪安全、工程安全、生态安全、社会稳定。以非法采砂问题为导向,在深入分析砂坑整治的必要性后,结合区域或流域相关规划,科学合理定位砂坑功能,进而提出切实可行的整治方案,采取回填、放坡、边坡支护、生态修复等措施,因地制宜整治砂坑,有利于全面推行河长制、规范河道管理秩序、持续改善河湖面貌。

Illegal sand mining seriously threatens flood control safety,project safety,ecological safety and social stability.Guided by the problem of illegal sand mining,after in-depth analysis of the necessity of sand pit treatment,combined with regional or basin-related planning,the function of sand pit is scientifically and reasonably positioned.Then feasible treatment schemes are put forward.Measures such as back-filling,slope caving,slope support and ecological restoration are taken to regulate sand pit according to local conditions,which is conducive to the comprehensive implementation of river chief system,the regulation of river management order and the continuous improvement of river and lake appearance.
