垂盆草总黄酮含量测定及分析

垂盆草是景天科景天属多年生草本多肉植物,所含黄酮类物质是一种强抗氧剂,可以有效清除体内的氧自由基,黄酮可以改善血循环、降低胆固醇、降低心脑血管疾病的发病率,也可以改善心脑血管疾病的症状;能抑制炎性生物酶的渗出,增进伤口愈合和止痛,可以用于各类的敏感症。测量垂盆草中总黄酮含量所采用的方法是紫外分光光度法,测定波长为501 nm,以黄酮含量为指标,测得黄酮含量为4.024%,该检测方法平行性好,具有简便快速、灵敏度高,以及测定结果准确、重现性好的特点,能满足垂盆草药材及制剂质量控制的要求。
