摘要
花生是我国重要的油料作物和经济作物,具有保障我国油料安全和改善膳食结构的重要作用。尽管我国是花生最大的生产国,但依然存在着供给不足、加工技术落后、产品品质差等诸多问题。总结了我国花生加工产业的发展现状和存在问题,并在此基础上对全国花生加工产业未来的发展提出了建议。
Peanut is an important oil crop and cash crop in China,which plays an important role in guaranteeing oil safety and improving dietary structure in our country.Although China is the largest producer of peanut,there are still many problems such as insufficient supply,backward processing technology and poor product quality.This paper summarized the development status and existing problems of peanut processing industry in China,and put forward some suggestions for the future development of peanut processing industry in China.
