摘要
基于食品工程专业学位研究生教育的调查研究,从高校与行业间联系、认证准则体系、认证过程及认证结果等角度阐述了当前食品工程专业学位研究生教育认证所面临的问题。系统探讨怎样建立食品工程专业学位研究生教育认证体系,确保给出有效解决食品工程专业学位研究生教育认证问题的策略,以期推动食品工程专业学位教育认证发展,促进学校教育模式实质性跨越式发展,不断提高食品工程专业学位研究生的教育质量。
Based on the investigation and research on the education certification of graduate students in food engineering,this paper expounded the problems faced by the education certification of food engineering for graduate students,from the perspectives of the relationship between universities and industries,the certification standard system,the certification process and the certification results.How to establish a graduate student education certification system of professional degree in food engineering was systematically explored.Accreditation strategy was supplied to ensure that are effective to solve the problem.The suggestions would promote the development of professional degree education certification in food engineering,and be helpful to accelerate the substantive leapfrog development of school education mode,and constantly improve the quality of food engineering master graduate education.
