摘要
研究了690合金U形传热管弯制成型以及成型后的消应力过程。通过ANSYS有限元软件进行了数值模拟,获得了弯管区的残余应力。根据分析结果,掌握了U形管残余应力分布的基本规律,从理论分析、数值模拟和试验测试3个方面进行了相互验证,为预测传热管上应力薄弱部位提供了参考。
The stress relief process of alloy 690 U-shaped heat transfer tube after being bent into shape was studied and simulated based on ANSYS to obtain its residual stress.Basing on the analysis results,the basic law of this U-tube’s residual stress distribution was obtained and verified from theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experimental test to provide a reference for predicting the weak stress position on the heat transfer tube.
