摘要
采用DNV挪威船级社的专业风险评估软件Synergi Plant RBI Onshore 5.6,结合现场开罐检验检测情况,对一台30000 m3储罐分别进行基于计算值、测量值、专家值的风险评估,并对结果进行分析比对。最后提出基于目前国内储罐检验检测情况下腐蚀速率选取方式的原则。
Through making use of Synergi Plant RBI Onshore 5.6 of DNV Det Norske Veritas(risk assessment software)and considering on-site detection of the atmospheric storage tank,a risk assessment based on calculated values,measured values and expert values was carried out on an 30000 m3 storage tank.Through analyzing and comparing the assessment results,the principle of selecting the corrosion rate based on the current storage tank inspection at home and testing conditions was presented.
