摘要
将造粒模板的实心法兰盖板改进成空心的真空隔热盖板,新设计的真空隔热盖板采用真空焊接技术,内部为空心真空结构,试验数据和现场使用测得的数据表明:空心形式的真空隔热盖板隔热效果更稳定,模板造粒带温度更高,模板温度更稳定。
Having solid flange's cover improved into hollow vacuum insulation one fOr the granulating template was implemented.This vacuum insulation cover adopts vacuum welding technology and the internal hollow vacuum structure;Both the experimental data and field using data measured shows that,the hollow vacuum insulation cover's thermal insulation effect becomes more stable together with higher temperature on the granulating template and stable template.
