培育时代新人是以习近平同志为核心的党中央立足当代中国具体实际和世界历史发展大势提出的一项战略目标,为新时代中国青年的成长成才提供了基本遵循和科学指引。在生成逻辑上,时代新人是基于理论、文化、历史和现实四重逻辑发展形成的必然目标。在内在品质上,时代新人具有踏实进取的实践观、科学自觉的认识观、不忘初心的人民观和勇担重任的时代观等四重要求。在培育路径上,需要从教育引导、实践养成、制度保障等角度进行具体规划。

Cultivating a new generation is a strategic goal put forward by the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping at its core,which is based on the specific reality of contemporary China and the general trend of world historical development,and provides fundamental rules and scientific guidance for the growth of Chinese youth in the new era.In terms of formation,the new generation is an inevitable goal based on the development of theory,culture,history and reality.In terms of internal quality,the new generation has four features:a practical and enterprising outlook on practice,a scientific and conscious outlook on cognition,a people-centered outlook that remains true to original aspiration and a times outlook that shoulders heavy tasks bravely.To cultivate the new generation,we need to make specific planning from the perspectives of educational guidance,practical cultivation and institutional guarantee.
