摘要
以6S60ME-C型低速船用柴油机的燃油系统为仿真研究对象,通过建立燃油流动的物态方程和流体流动力学的连续性方程的物理模型,应用MATLAB及Simulink程序软件,构建燃油系统仿真模型,获得仿真模型在工作过程中燃油压力及喷油器针阀升程的变化,与实测压力变化和针阀升程过程对比,验证了仿真程序的有效性.
Taking the fuel system of 6 S60 MEC low speed Marine diesel engine as the simulation research object, the physical model of the fuel flow equation of the material state and the continuity equation of the fluid flow mechanics of the fuel system are established, and the simulation model of the fuel system is constructed by using MATLAB and Simulink program software. The fuel pressure and needle valve lift changes in the working process of the simulation model are obtained, and compared with the measured pressure changes and needle valve lift process, the effectiveness of the simulation program is verified, which provides theoretical support for the managers, researchers and applicators engaged in the electronic injection intelligent diesel engine.
