摘要 通过实验模拟和数据证实,设计出一种新型船舶布风管道装置,该管道是由特殊纤维织成的替代送风管、风阀、散流器、绝热材料等的柔性送出风末端系统,又称纤维织物空气分布系统.该装置是一种通过计算纤维材料的渗透率并精确设计开孔来跟空调系统相配套进行出风的系统产品,重量极轻,并彻底解决风管凝露问题,制造、安装、使用绿色环保,且折装保存方便,可重复使用.同时,采用大空间层流送风方式,使得系统更节能. A new type of ship air distribution pipeline device is verified and designed by experimental simulation and data. The pipeline is a flexible air supply terminal system, which is woven by special fibers instead of air supply pipes, air valves, diffusers, insulation materials, etc.,also known as fiber fabric air distribution system. By calculating the permeability of fiber materials and accurately designed openings, the system products that are matched with the air conditioning system for air outlet are obtained. Light weight, and completely solve the problem of condensation of air duct, manufacturing, installation, use of green environmental protection, and easy to fold and conserve, can be reused. At the same time, the large space laminar air supply mode makes the system more energy conservation.
