露天矿地质灾害应急救援智能调度系统研究 被引量:4

摘要 为避免露天矿地质灾害对矿山及周边城市安全带来严重影响,提升灾害发生后的应急响应速度,以抚顺西露天矿为背景,提出西露天矿地质灾害应急救援智能调度系统的设计思路,按照“统分结合、集中管理”的模式,构建救援力量装备库、地理数据库、地质灾害链数据库,设计御灾保障体系模块及应急救援调度模块,研发地质灾害应急救援智能调度系统。研究结果表明:构建高效率的地质灾害应急救援智能调度系统具有重要的意义,可为我国露天矿山安全及防灾减灾体系建设提供实用工具。 In order to avoid the serious impact of geological disasters in the open pit mines on the safety of mines and surrounding cities,and improve the speed of emergency response after disasters,taking Fushun West Open-pit Mine as the background,the design ideas of an intelligent dispatching system for the emergent rescue of geological disaster in West Open-pit Mine were put forward.According to the mode of“combination of centralization and decentralization and centralized management”,the databases of rescue force equipment,geography and geological disaster chains were established.The disaster prevention and guarantee system module and the emergency rescue dispatching module were designed,and an intelligent dispatching system for the emergency rescue of geological disaster was developed.The results showed that it is of great significance to constitute an efficient intelligent dispatching system for the emergent rescue of geological disasters,which provides the practical tools for the construction of safety and disaster prevention and reduction system of open-pit mines in China.
