摘要
为探究热泵干燥过程中烘干箱内部流场均匀性,研究烘干室内物料架布置方式、风机正转或反转、风机数量等因素对烘干室内干燥空气均匀性的影响,引入速度不均匀系数定量评估各种方案的速度均匀性。结果发现,风机正反转交替运行,有利于保证干燥品质。满载对齐方式的风速相对较大且速度均匀性较好,可满足要求风速较大的物料干燥;满载错开布置方式风速稍小,速度分布均匀性较差;半满载对齐布置方式的速度分布较均匀,但是风速较小,适合于风速要求低的物料干燥。
In order to explore the uniformity of the flow field inside the drying chamber during the heat pump drying process, the influence factors, such as the arrangement of the material racks, rotation direction and number of fans, on the uniformity of the drying air are studied, and the speed non-uniformity coefficient is introduced to quantitatively evaluate the speed uniformity of various schemes. The results show that the fan rotates forward and backward alternately is beneficial to ensure the drying quality. The wind speed of the fully loaded and aligned layout mode is relatively large and the speed uniformity is good, which can meet the requirements for drying materials with high wind speed. Fully loaded and staggered layout mode has a slightly lower wind speed and the speed distribution uniformity is poor. Not fully loaded and aligned layout mode has a more uniform speed distribution, but the wind speed is small, suitable for drying materials with low wind speed requirements.
