基于Friedel-Crafts反应合成新型全碳骨架共轭微孔聚合物

摘要 微孔有机聚合物因具有良好的孔隙度、高比表面积和多样的表面化学性质,受到了人们的关注。而常见的合成稳定的C-C连接的共轭聚合物的聚合方法通常需要使用Pd或Cu等金属催化剂,不经济环保,操作复杂,反应后金属很难完全去除。本文以对苯二甲醛与二苯并-对-二噁英为原料,通过硫酸催化的Friedel-Crafts聚合法,在室温下成功合成了一种具有微孔结构的新型全碳骨架的共轭微孔聚合物。该反应方法创新性地实现了无金属催化,更加绿色、经济、简便,为C-C键型共轭聚合物的合成提供了新的思路。 Microporous organic polymers have attracted much attention because of their good porosity,high specific surface area and various surface chemical properties. However, common polymerization methods to synthesize stable C-C-linked conjugated polymers usually with Pd or Cu and other metal catalysts, which are not economic and environmentally friendly and complicated to operate. In this paper,using terephthaldehyde and dibenzo-p-dioxin as raw materials, a novel conjugated microporous polymer with microporous structure was successfully synthesized through Friedel-Crafts polymerization catalyzed by sulfuric acid at room temperature. This reaction method innovatively realizes metal-free catalysis, is more green, economical and simple, and provides a new idea for the synthesis of C-C bonded conjugated polymers.
