耐高温PVA/P(AM-AA-VP)水凝胶的制备及疏油性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过原位自由基聚合法以过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,以N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,使用单体丙烯酰胺(AM),丙烯酸(AA)及N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)制备共聚物P (AM-AA-VP),该共聚物与聚乙烯醇(PVA)通过氢建及交联剂构成三维网状结构的耐高温水凝胶PVA/P(AM-AA-VP),将PVA/P(AM-AA-VP)水凝胶置于强酸、强碱、高浓度盐溶液中表现出良好的耐酸碱盐腐蚀性。水凝胶置于65℃高温环境中加热5 h后,其接触角仍能达到153.65°,表明其有良好的耐高温性能。因此,该水凝胶有望用于高效分离高温油水混合物。 P(AM-AA-VP) copolymers were prepared by in-situ polymerization using acrylamide(AM),acrylic acid(AA) and N-vinyl pyrrolidone(NVP) as monomers, and with potassium persulfate(KPS) as initiator, N, N-methylene diacrylamide(MBA) as crosslinker. A kind of high-temperature-resistant PVA/P(AM-AA-VP) hydrogel with a three-dimensional network structure was formed through hydrogen construction and crosslinking between P(AM-AA-VP) copolymers and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA). The as-prepared hydrogel was measured the environmental corrosion resistance performances by placing in strong acid, strong alkali and high concentration salt solution. The test results indicated that the hydrogel had good corrosion resistance to acid, alkali and salts. The contact angle of PVA/P(AM-AA-VP) hydrogel still reached 153.65° after 5 hours of water bath heating in the environment of 65 ℃, showing that the hydrogel had good resistance to high temperature. Therefore, this hydrogel is expected to be used for efficient separation of high-temperature oil-water mixtures.
