摘要
花庄区块页岩油埋藏深,储层物性差,目标储层最小主应力大于60 MPa,平均应力差异系数为0.2,改造难度大。针对存在问题,开展国内各油田陆相页岩油压裂技术调研,结合苏北盆地花庄区块页岩油储层特征,从压裂工艺、提高裂缝复杂程度、施工参数优化等方面进行对策研究,主要采用密切割增加裂缝密度、限流射孔和暂堵转向保障均衡起裂、大排量沟通激活天然裂缝、前置酸降低破裂压力等工艺,初步形成适用于花庄区块页岩油的压裂技术。现场应用表明,花XX井实施压裂后,日产油最高29 t,取得较好的效果。
With poor physical properties,the shale oil in Huazhuang block is deeply buried,the minimum principal stress of the target reservoir is greater than 60 MPa and the stress difference coefficient is 0.2,which makes it difficult for reconstruction.In view of the above problems,research on fracturing technology of continental shale oil in various oilfields at home and abroad has been carried out.Based on the characteristics of shale oil reservoir in Huazhuang block of Subei basin,the countermeasures are studied from the aspects of fracturing technology,improving fracture complexity,optimizing construction parameters,etc.the fracturing technology suitable for shale oil in Huazhuang block is preliminarily formed by adopting such processes as precision cutting to increase fracture density,flow limiting perforation and temporary plugging to ensure balanced fracturing,large displacement communication to activate natural fractures,pre acid to reduce fracture pressure,etc.In the later stage,further research will be carried out according to the site construction and application effect.
