穴位贴敷联合中药热奄包在腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胃肠功能恢复中的应用

Application of Acupoint Application Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Hot Package in the Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function after Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的:探讨穴位贴敷联合中药热奄包在腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胃肠功能恢复中的应用。方法:选择2020年8月—2021年6月行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的120例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,术后对照组接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上使用穴位贴敷联合中药热奄包干预,对比两组首次肛门排气、排便时间和疼痛评分及术后恶心呕吐发生率。结果:观察组肛门首次排气、排便时间、疼痛评分、术后恶心呕吐发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷联合中药热奄包可有效促进腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者胃肠功能恢复,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application of acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot package in the recovery of gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 120 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy from August 2020 to June 2021 were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.60 cases in each group.After the operation,the control group received routine nursing,and the observation group used acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot election package on the basis of routine nursing.The first anal exhaust,defecation time and pain score,postoperative analgesic drug use rate,postoperative nausea and vomiting rate and postoperative hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The first anal exhaust,defecation time,pain score,postoperative nausea and vomiting incidence and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot package can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy and reduce the postoperative hospitalization time,which is worthy of promotion.
