摘要
采用单案例研究,基于“生意帮”从中介型产能共享平台转型为协同制造平台的管理实践,从产业特征角度揭示网络效应在产业互联网领域失效的原因。研究发现投资高成本、任务复杂性、知识专业性以及用户需求高异质性决定了产业互联网平台连接特征,导致更强的信任关系要求、更长的时间占用以及更复杂的解决方案,是导致网络效应失效的主要原因。本研究的启发是,平台商业模式设计应关注产业特征决定的价值创造机制。
Using a single case study,based on the management practice of Shang bang's transformation from an intermediary capacity sharing platform to a collaborative manufacturing platform,this paper reveals the reasons for the failure of network effects in the field of industrial Internet from the perspective of industrial characteristics.The study found that the high investment cost,task complexity,knowledge expertise,and high heterogeneity of user needs determine the connection characteristics of industrial Internet platforms,resulting in stronger trust relationship requirements,longer occupancy,and program complexity.The main reason for effect failure.The inspiration of this study is that the platform business model design should focus on the value creation mechanisms determined by the characteristics of the industry.
