互联网对农村劳动力非农就业的影响--基于CFPS数据的实证研究

The Influence of Internet on Non-Agricultural Employment of Rural Labor Force:Empirical Research Based on CFPS Data

促进农村劳动力的非农就业是增加农民收入、缩小城乡收入差距的重要途径,并且对推动新型城市化建设和实现规模经营具有重要意义。互联网的使用和普及有望提高农村劳动力的人力资本和社会资本,从而增加其非农就业的概率。但同时互联网又是一项高技能型工具,若不能妥善运用,那么过度使用互联网很可能会产生负面影响。利用2016年CFPS数据,运用工具变量法和Biprobit模型验证了互联网的使用对农村劳动力非农就业的促进作用,发现使用互联网确实能促进非农就业,但使用互联网娱乐频率与非农就业概率之间存在倒U型关系,证实了在不能有效利用互联网的情况下,过度使用互联网会对非农就业产生负面效应。

Promoting the non-agricultural employment of rural labor force is an important way to increase farmers'income and narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas,and it is of great significance to promote the construction of new urbanization and realize scale operation.The use and popularization of Internet is expected to improve the human capital and social capital of rural labor force,thus increasing the probability of non-agricultural employment.But at the same time,the Internet is also a highly skilled tool.If it is not properly used,the excessive use of the Internet is likely to have a negative impact.Based on the 2016 CFPS data,the instrumental variable method and Biprobit model were used to verify the promotion of Internet use to the rural labor force's non-agricultural employment.It is found that the use of the Internet can indeed promote non-agricultural employment,but there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between the frequency of internet entertainment and the probability of non-agricultural employment.It is proved that in the case of not using the Internet effectively,excessive use of the Internet will have a negative effect on non-agricultural employment.
