Optimal Collaborations Among Investment Policies Based on Resource Allocation System of Cultural Industry Factors

结合协同学的分析视角,将产业政策作为文化产业要素资源配置的“序参量”,包括政策实施的规模、政策执行的强度、区域资源禀赋匹配等变量,序参量状态的改变最终可以促使文化产业要素资源配置系统协同度提升。“序参量”决定了系统自组织变化的速度,同时也决定了系统变化的方向。该研究从多维度分析了系统协调度的影响因素,给出了任务决策的几个重要约束条件,并结合分析内容提出相关政策启示与建议。

From the perspective of synergetics,industrial policy is regarded as the“order parameter”of the resource allocation of cultural industry factors in this study,including the scale of policy implementation,the intensity of policy implementation,regional resource endowment matching and other variables.The change of the state of the order parameter can promote the synergy of the resource allocation system of cultural industry.“Order parameter”determines the change speed of self-organization in the system,and also determines the direction of system change.This study analyzes the influencing factors of the system coordination degree from a multi-dimensional perspective,gives several important constraints of task decision-making,and puts forward relevant policy enlightenment and suggestions combined with the analysis content.
