疫情下的企业复原力:基于上海天普的案例研究

Corporate Resilience during Covid-19:A Case Study of Shanghai TPAP

面对突如其来的新冠疫情和不确定的外部环境,中小企业如何应对挑战成为关键话题。通过单案例的研究方法对此次上海疫情封控下的中小企业复原力进行分析,结果发现六种形式的复原力结合在一起,可以为中小企业提供一个缓冲的作用。研究结论可为国内受疫情封控影响的中小企业提供管理实践帮助和支持,以及为政府的政策落地提供建议。

With the sudden outbreak of the epidemic and the uncertain external environment,how small and midsize businesses(SMBs)respond to challenges has become a key topic.This paper applies a single case study method to analyze the resilience of SMBs under the control of the epidemic in Shanghai.The results find that combining the six forms of resilience can provide a buffer for SMBs.The conclusions of this paper can provide practical implications and support for SMBs affected by the epidemic in China and suggestions for the implementation of government policies.
