摘要
随着人工智能技术的发展,越来越多的在线学习平台采用AI教学的方式代替真人授课。以往对在线教学的研究通常聚焦在真人老师授课模式,本研究重点考察了不同在线教学模式(真人vs AI)对学生使用意愿的影响,分析了独特性忽视的中介作用以及任务属性和任务复杂度的调节作用。研究发现:(1)独特性忽视在学生对不同在线教学产品的使用意愿中起到中介作用。(2)当任务属性为主观时,学生对AI类在线学习产品的使用意愿显著低于真人类。(3)当任务复杂度水平高时,学生对AI类在线学习产品的使用意愿显著低于真人类。研究丰富了AI教育中自动化心理学和使用意愿相关理论研究的内容,也对实践中的课程开发与设计以提高消费者对AI教学产品的使用意愿提供了建议。
With the development of artificial intelligence technology,increasing online learning platforms use AI teaching instead of human teaching.Previous studies on online teaching focus on the teaching mode of real teachers.This study focuses on the influence of different online teaching modes(human vs.AI)on students’willingness to use,and analyzes the mediating role of uniqueness neglect as well as the moderating role of task attribute and task complexity.The results show that:(1)Uniqueness neglect plays a mediating role in students’willingness to use different online teaching products.(2)When the task attribute is subjective,students'willingness to use AI online learning products is significantly lower than that of humans.(3)When the level of task complexity is high,students'willingness to use AI online learning products is significantly lower than that of humans.This study enriches the content of theoretical research related to automation psychology and willingness to use in AI education,and also provides suggestions for curriculum development and design in practice to improve consumers’willingness to use AI teaching products.
