摘要 以杉木(Cunninghamia spp.)为试验材料,对不同家系杉木生长与材性指标进行分析及评价,探索杉木家系间的生长量、管胞形态和基本密度特性及其变异规律,以期为杉木良种选育和实现用材产业化发展提供理论依据。结果表明,参试家系间树高、胸径、材积、管胞长度、管胞宽度、管胞长宽比、基本密度等8项指标差异均极显著(P<0.01),变异系数最大的是材积(42.56%),其次是基本密度和树高,管胞长度变异系数(8.56%)最小,表明家系间材积、基本密度和树高选择范围宽,而管胞长度具有较高的遗传稳定性。生长及材性各参试指标遗传力介于0.636~0.934之间,遗传力处于中上水平;生长与材性指标间存在一定相关性,说明参试性状具有较强的遗传变异性,可为杉木综合选育提供可能。通过综合评价,筛选出生长及材性兼优的家系(GS7、GS4和GS8),可为杉木良种选育及加工利用提供优良种质材料。 Taking Cunninghamia spp.as experimental material,the growth and wood properties of C.spp.in different families were analyzed and evaluated.The growth,tracheid morphology,basic density characteristics and variation rule among C.spp.families were explored to provide a theoretical basis for the breeding of C.spp.varieties and the development of timber industrialization.The results showed that there were significant differences(P<0.01)in tree height,DBH,volume,tracheid length,tracheid width,tracheid length-width ratio,and basic density among the families.The largest coefficient of variation was volume(42.56%),followed by basic density and tree height,and the smallest coefficient of variation was tracheid length(8.56%),indicating that the selection range of volume,basic density and tree height among families was wide,and the tracheid length had high genetic stability.The heritability of growth and wood properties ranged from 0.636 to 0.934,and the heritability was above the middle level.There was a certain correlation between growth and wood properties,indicating that the tested traits had strong genetic variability,which could provide the possibility for comprehensive breeding of C.spp..Through comprehensive evaluation,the families(GS7,GS4 and GS8)with excellent growth and wood properties were screened out to provide excellent germplasm materials for breeding,processing and utilization of C.spp.varieties.
