摘要 仓储管理在企业的运营中占有重要地位,仓储作业的效率在很大程度上会直接影响到企业的生产效率,进而影响企业的效益。文中以提高企业的仓储作业效率,降低企业仓储成本为目的,对A公司的相关仓库进行了研究。主要涉及到仓库的区域分配和货物的货位分配两个问题。首先,运用SLP分析的方法对A公司仓库的各个作业单位进行了物流分析,通过量化各个作业单位之间的物流关系密切程度,得到各个作业单位的相对位置。再根据各个作业单位的面积需求,得到仓库布局优化方案。其次,根据仓库的实际情况,以仓库一段时间内的出库单和入库单为依据,对仓库中所存放的货物进行了EIQ分析,划分出各个货物的等级。再依据仓库的现有布局图对货位的等级进行划分。最后,按照重要货位匹配作业便利货位的原则,对A公司仓库进行了货位优化。 Warehousing management occupies an important position in the operation of enterprises,and the efficiency of warehousing operations directly affects the production efficiency of enterprises to a large extent and thus affects the benefit of enterprises. In this paper,the relevant warehouses of Company A are studied for the purpose of improving the efficiency of enterprise warehousing operations and reducing the storage costs of enterprises. It mainly involves two issues: the regional allocation of the warehouse and the allocation of the goods. First of all,this paper uses the method of SLP analysis to analyze the logistics between the various operating units in the warehouse of Company A,and quantifies the closeness of the logistics relationship between the various operating units to obtain the relative positions of each operating unit. Then according to the area requirements of each operating unit,the warehouse layout optimization scheme is obtained. Secondly,according to the actual situation of the warehouse,based on the outbound and warehousing orders in the warehouse for a period of time,the goods stored in the warehouse are EIQ analyzed and the grades of each goods are divided. Then the level of the cargo space is divided according to the existing layout of the warehouse. Finally,in accordance with the principle of convenient cargo space for important cargo space matching operations,the warehouse of Company A was optimized.
