摘要 为实现对快递企业竞争力的识别与分析,将用户画像技术引入快递企业竞争力分析领域,从企业规模、运营能力、科技创新、员工素质、服务质量、产品战略、国际视野七个方面构建企业竞争力画像,对国内主流的六家快递企业竞争力画像进行识别和分析。现阶段快递企业的核心竞争力主要来自于价格优势、差异化产品、服务质量等方面,随着市场环境和行业的变化,日后企业应进一步聚焦多元产品策略、科技创新、海外市场开拓、绿色物流设方面来构建自己的核心竞争力。 In order to realize the identification and analysis of the competitiveness of express delivery enterprises,the user portrait technology is introduced into the field of competitiveness analysis of express delivery enterprises,and the enterprises competitiveness portrait is constructed from seven aspects of enterprise scale,operational capability,technological innovation,employee quality,service quality,product strategy,and international perspective,to identify and analyze the competitiveness portraits of six domestic mainstream express delivery enterprises. At this stage,the core competitiveness of express delivery enterprises mainly comes from price advantages,differentiated products,service quality,etc. With the changes in the market environment and industry,enterprises should further focus on diversified product strategies,technological innovation,overseas market development,and green logistics to construct their own core competitiveness.
