三重底线矢量模型下的物流业绩效评价研究——以顺丰公司为例

Research on Performance Evaluation of Logistics Industry under Triple Bottom Line Vector Model——Taking SF Company as an Example

2021年国家出台多项规划、政策、指导意见,推动快递及物流业向智能化、国际化、高质量发展。对物流企业进行综合绩效评价研究不仅能反应企业是否符合高质量发展要求,更能有效促进提升经营管理能力,优化战略布局。文中将三重底线理论与矢量模型分析结合,相比于传统分析模型更注重全面性、协调性和动态性。基于顺丰公司的多维动态绩效评价结果表明,顺丰公司在近三年的发展中,经济—环境—社会三方面的协调度逐年提高,发展质量有所提升。同时在国内物流业趋于海外资本扩张、物流科技化的背景下,针对公司未来发展提出了建议。

In 2021,the state issued a number of plans,policies and guidance to promote the intelligent,international and high-quality development of express and logistics industry. The research on comprehensive performance evaluation of logistics enterprises can not only reflect whether the enterprises meet the requirements of high-quality development,but also effectively promote the improvement of operation and management ability and optimize the strategic layout. This paper combines the triple bottom line theory with vector model analysis,which pays more attention to comprehensiveness,coordination and dynamics than the traditional analysis model. Based on the multi-dimensional dynamic performance evaluation of SF company,the results show that during the development of SF company in recent three years,the coordination degree of economy,environment and society has raised year by year,and the development quality has been improved. At the same time,under the background that the domestic logistics industry tends to overseas capital expansion and logistics science and technology,some suggestions are put forward for the future development of SF company.
