摘要
为了研究含缺陷的拉杆端头在进行热处理工艺时容易产生应力集中的现象,通过数值方法研究了含缺陷的拉杆端头的温度场与应力场,并分析了不同的缺陷深度、面积、位置以及双缺陷对其应力场的影响规律。结果表明:高温作用下的拉杆端头其温度场与应力场均呈层次分布,而零件的高应力区域集中在零件几何形状改变的位置;同时,零件表面缺陷容易在缺陷边缘及顶点形成应力集中;当缺陷位于零件高应力区域时,容易产生远高于零件表面的应力集中;当零件存在双缺陷时,内外分布的缺陷形式容易产生较大的应力集中。本文分析结果可为拉杆端头的结构设计改进提供参考。
In order to study the stress concentration phenomenon of the end of pull rod with defects during heat treatment process,in this paper,the temperature field and stress field of the end of pull rod with defects are studied by numerical method,and the influence of different defect depth,area,location and double defects on the stress field is analyzed.The results show that the temperature field and stress field of the end of pull rod under high temperature are hierarchically distributed.And the high stress area of the part is concentrated in the position where the change of the geometric shape of the part occurs.At the same time,the surface defects of the part are easy to form stress concentration at the edge and vertex of the defect.When the defect is located in the high stress region of the part,it is easy to produce stress concentration much higher than that on the surface of the part.When the parts have double defects,the internal and external distribution of defects is easy to produce large stress concentration.The analysis results of this paper can provide reference for structural design improvement of the end of pull rod.
